Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the time of all clients and the stylist, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee of 50% of service amount.
No-shows will be charged 100% of service cost and may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes delays are unavoidable. However, to ensure the best service for all clients:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, a fee of 50% of service cost may apply.
